eba pllc is a boutique architecture and design studio based in Far Rockaway Beach, New York. It is led by Eran Birnbaum, AIA, LEED AP, a SCI-Arc 2000 graduate and licensed New York architect with over 20 years of experience navigating the city’s zoning, building codes, and construction process.
